Earlier, the Deputy of the National Congress Party of Afghanistan Bashir Bizhan accused US and British forces of distributing poppy seeds among Afghan farmers.
"The distribution of the poppy seeds among Afghan farmers has increased the production of opium in the country," Bizhan said.
